1 Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doctri website, application and services.
By accessing or using Doctri, you agree to these Terms. Where a service requires additional consent, authorisation or service-specific terms, those terms will also apply.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer, healthcare, privacy or other statutory right.
2 About Doctri
Doctri is a healthcare-support platform focused on Alzheimer’s disease and related caregiver-support needs.
Depending on availability, Doctri may provide or facilitate:
– Healthcare consultations
– Cognitive screening and assessment-support tools
– Symptom tracking
– Caregiver-support resources
– Medicine reminders
– Digital storage of prescriptions and health-related documents
– Memory and engagement activities
– Nursing-service connections
– Diagnostic/laboratory connections
– Healthcare information and awareness resources
– Other healthcare-support services introduced from time to time
Doctri will display material information about services, prices, taxes, provider identity where applicable, cancellation terms, refund terms and customer-support channels before purchase or booking, as required by applicable consumer and e-commerce law.
3 Healthcare Professional Services
Where consultations are provided through independent healthcare professionals, the healthcare professional is responsible for the professional advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions provided by them.
Doctri does not replace the independent professional judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Healthcare professionals are expected to comply with applicable registration, professional-conduct, telemedicine, medical-record and patient-consent requirements, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 where applicable.
Doctri will not knowingly represent that it is a hospital, clinic or medical practitioner unless separately authorised and identified as such.
4 No Emergency Service
Doctri should not be used for medical emergencies.
If you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact appropriate emergency services or visit the nearest hospital/emergency department.
5 User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Keep account information secure
– Not impersonate another person
– Not provide false or misleading health information intentionally
– Not misuse the platform
– Not attempt unauthorised access to Doctri systems
– Not upload unlawful or harmful content
– Follow applicable laws
– Respect healthcare professionals and other users
– Provide required consent or authority when acting for another person
– Review service-specific terms, prices, cancellation and refund information before purchase
6 Consultations
Availability, fees, applicable taxes, consultation duration and appointment terms may vary by healthcare professional and service.
Users should provide accurate information to the healthcare professional.
A consultation does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment outcome or medical result.
Before a teleconsultation or other healthcare service, users should review the provider’s identity, qualifications, registration details where displayed, fees, limitations, privacy information and consent requirements.
7 Screening Tools
Doctri may provide screening or assessment tools, including cognitive screening tools.
Screening results are intended to support further evaluation and should not by themselves be treated as a definitive medical diagnosis.
A qualified healthcare professional should interpret screening results where clinically appropriate. Users should not make medication, treatment or emergency-care decisions solely on the basis of an automated or screening result.
8 Payments and Consumer Disclosures
Where paid services are offered, the total price, applicable taxes or charges, material service terms and available payment methods will be displayed before payment.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. By initiating a payment, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Doctri will provide an electronic confirmation, receipt or invoice where applicable. Users should retain transaction records.
Doctri will not impose a cancellation charge or other charge that was not disclosed before purchase, except where permitted by applicable law and the applicable terms.
9 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Doctri Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website and any service-specific terms displayed before purchase.
Users should review those terms before making a payment. Nothing in those terms limits rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
10 Third-Party Services
Doctri may connect users with third-party healthcare, diagnostic, nursing, technology, payment or other service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, professional obligations and refund policies. Doctri will identify the relevant provider where required and will not misrepresent the affiliation, quality, sponsorship or characteristics of a third-party service.
Doctri will not be responsible for matters that are solely within the control of an independent third-party provider, subject to applicable law and Doctri’s own statutory obligations.

The Doctri name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, text and other materials owned or licensed by Doctri are protected by applicable intellectual-propert
